NOTICE: There shall be no commitment or obligation on behalf of Kulanaa'o Student Housing until written confirmation of the applicant's acceptance has been received from Kulanaa'o Student Housing. Please contact us at (877) 856-2111 should you require further assistance or have any questions.

Fees:
	Non-refundable Application Fee: $50 To be paid either with application submission or within 5 days of application submission. If not received within 5 days receipt of the application, application must be resubmitted to Kulanaa'o.
	Non-refundable Room Reservation Fee: $100 Payment to be made along with proof of enrollment at Maui Community College, and must be received by August 1, 2007.
	Security Deposit: $500 Payment must be received by August 10, 2007 along with either first monthly rent installment or payment in full.
	Monthly Rental Installment: $600.00 Base Rent (1 month) $25.00 Student Life Fee (1 month) $26.04 General Excise Tax Total: $651.04 Monthly Semester Payment in Full: $3,000.00 Base Rent (5 months) $125.00 Student Life Fees (5 months) $130.20 General Excise Tax Total: $3,255.20 Full Semester

The Application Fee and Administrative Fees are non-refundable, and payment must be received prior to application processing. Your Security Deposit is due upon approval of your application. Payment must be received prior to signing lease agreement.

Application Form:

Applications must be submitted with a $50.00 non-refundable Application and Administrative Fee. The check should be made out to Kūlanaa'o Housing. Incomplete applications will cause a delay in processing. All applications will be considered in the order they are received. The receipt date is the date the completed application and payment are received.

All campus-housing applicants must be accepted into a classified program of study at the University of Hawaii at Kahului or Maui Community College before being eligible for housing placement. Students are required to carry 12 credits (full-time status) throughout the semester.

For priority consideration application must be received by: June 30 for the Fall semester and November 30 for the Spring semester.
