In order to qualify for housing at the Kulanaa`o Apartments, an applicantMUST meet the qualifications listed below on their own OR have a co-signer / guarantor that meets income, credit and employment guidelines as follows.
Please note that these are our current rental criteria and that nothing contained in these requirements shall constitute a guarantee or representation by us that all the residents currently residing in our community have met these requirements.
Occupancy at the Kulanaa`o Apartments is strictly limited to one resident per bed space unless otherwise modified by the Apartment Community to accommodate double occupancy standards for specific unit types.
Anyone of legal age, 18 years or older, may apply for residency. Applicants under the legal age will be required to have a co-signer / guarantor of legal age.
Applicant’s or co-signer / guarantor’s monthly gross Income must be at least two times the total rental rate.
All applicants are required to have a valid social security number. A copy of the social security card may be required based upon qualification for verification purposes.
A credit check will be completed with a minimum FICO score of 500 required. **If Credit Score is below 500 or if no/insufficient credit history is determined,applicants will need a qualified co-signer / guarantor.
The Kulanaa`o Apartments will perform a criminal background check on all applicants. Applications will be disqualified for felonies, deferred adjudications for a felony, crimes against persons, if applicant has a juvenile record that includes any of these serious offenses or more than two (2) misdemeanors.
