Kūlanaa’o is being developed by Lono Properties, LLC in collaboration with MCC faculty and staff to meet the housing needs of MCC students.

Lono Properties, LLC is a privately held development company that has a demonstrated record of success in building and managing commercial, multifamily housing, retail and institutional projects.

Our management team consists of dynamic industry professionals with extensive experience and a results-oriented approach to property development and management. Each member possesses the integrity, decisiveness, tenacity and drive necessary to assure effective property development and management.

Our management strategy stresses teamwork within our organization and with the faculty and staff of the school in designing this facility.
